OMT PRICING
Osteopathic manipulative therapy or Osteopathic manual therapy fee includes consultation, treatment, and self care planning. Level of visit is calculated based on number of areas treated, Time spent and complexity.
OMT treatment is NOT included in the DPC membership but DPC members get special pricing for OMT.
OMT Fees are a separate service charge and does include cost of added services like injections, house call fee, medications, primary care discussion items etc.
Initial consultation starting at $375

Longer visit 60-75min or more, more to review
Follow up visits starting at $185, but increase with time spent, complexity of treatment.
Follow up > 12 months will be charged as a new consultation at base rate of $375.
If more treatment is needed your total cost of treatment will be more. It will be reviewed with you before you proceed.
Please be aware Primary Care Medical Type Consultation in addition to an Osteopathic Treatment will have separate and additional charges.
For example: Medicine Consult for blood pressure, diabetes, or comprehensive physical $375, plus OMT treatment follow up $185.
DPC members session: $135-185 pending complexity. You must already be an established DPC patient to access special pricing.
